They seem to really care about the customers, everyone was so nice to me! I highly recommend this without paying tickets to several landmarks you can see everything at once!!

Amazing experience, from the beginning of walking through the front door, to the helicopter ride and exiting!!The staff was very kind and helpful and our pilot was amazingly nice . The view was beautiful, I got some amazing photos and videos. I definitely recommend this place, it's an unforgettable experience. They also offer red bulls and Fiji water bottles and sodas ,coffee free of charge! Thank you guys for making this experience amazing!!!

The pilot was skilled and made the journey smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend flying with these guys. Luis was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. Thank you, Luis! The views of the NYC skyline, the Statue of Liberty, and Central Park from the helicopter were nothing short of breathtaking. It was a magical experience for my entire my life. Make sure to carefully follow their email instructions and arrive AT LEAST 45 minutes early. They have fantastic accommodations in the waiting area it’s spacious and offers free coffee, bottled water, and even a helicopter for photos! I would definitely recommend this experience! You won't regret it!

Brilliant experience today started with a nice warm welcome from the women (think it was Michelle) at the desk and took good care of us with free coffee and drinks in a nice waiting room. Tobias was an excellent pilot and knew his job very well and was very experienced. He showed us all the landmarks around New York and at the end offered to take photos and answer any questions about the helicopter which was a nice touch. Amazing day out and definitely worth it.

Amazing! It was worth every penny. Staff were exceptionally friendly. I was copilot to Devon (I believe?) who was great. The views were amazing and the flight was super smooth. Waiting area and transport are clean and comfortable as well. This is already the highlight of our trip. 10/10 would recommend this to anybody.

Customer service was on point - the front desk, the driver, and our pilot were all professional & seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs and interacting with the guests. Our pilot - Rad(?) - was surly & sarcastic, but made us feel safe. We were able to see all of Manhattan up close from all sides of the helicopter. A memorable flight for sure.
